Starling has always been a Star! She has also been willful, bratty & wicked smart. When the Literary Birds were tiny, Donna told me that she wanted the best girl & I always knew that this was Starling. Of course the Tiny Terror [as she was known in the whelping box] made it her personal goal to always look horrible in any stacked puppy photo, so Donna for sure doubted my sanity & puppy-picking prowess. I don't think she really bought into my theory until the eight week evaluation when Sue also thought she was the best one. ;-) I think she is a lovely complement to both sides of her pedigree. 

Ling, as she is known to her friends, hit it out of the park first time in the ring with a BPUP Group 1. Overachiever that she is, Little Ling did one better her first weekend of big girl shows where she was WB, BW & BOB over specials and on to an exciting Group II at Ventura! As of this writing, Starling has nine points, both majors.

This tiny powerhouse loves to move, just like her Mama. Ling A DIng's antics and naughtiness keeps us laughing. She is lucky she is so darn cute!
